Qualified Precision Nutrition Coach, BSc (Hons) In Food Science and Nutrition, NASM (National Academy Of Sports Medicine) certified personal trainer and competitive powerlifter in New Zealand. Choong combines real-life experience, science, and practical approaches to get his clients the results they desire and maintain them. He understands that everyone is built differently. Hence, to create long-term health (mentally and physically), he knows that everyone requires a different approach.
Cole is a busy, driven man in every area of his life. A lot on his plate and a lot of people relying on him for everything. He was doing his best to keep on top of things, but when he reach out to finally get some support, he immediately saw how much we could optimize what he was doing to bring it all to a new level. Grant is an action taker. If got stuck in right away, made the changes, asked the questions, and got the results. It's that simple. He has made some awesome changes and we have done it in a slow in steady way so that he can maintain this long term.
Ronnie started with me with the goal of leaning down and chiselling a athletic muscular physique. He soon discovered how many individual road blocks he was putting up for himself that was making it so much harder to attain. Within DAYS of starting the plan he felt a difference in energy and dropped over 10kg in the space of 6 weeks (including over Xmas). He told me he really likes how much of a mental aspect I bring to my training as the plan is only as good as your motivation and drive to follow through.
Jo has been one of our longest standing members, working with us for nearly 5 years now. What we have accomplish has ranged from droping 10kilos and getting stage ready (after already being through a weigh loss journey and feeling stuck) to simply easing back and learning to progress with training without constant dieitng or max effort every day. Heath had been training for years and had a solid base with his training. Or so he thought until we completely stripped back the traditional way of training to make sure he was working for his structure and not wasting time in the gym. We go rid of a lot of common "bodybuilding" methods that were holding him back in recovery, energy and mood to kick things off then quick start gaining momentum to enjoy training again.
Matt came to us with a mixture of digestive issues and very poor sleep. We took a more more holistic view than had been suggested in the past as he'd seen plenty of specialists in the past. By understanding how the body worked as a whole we were able to make drastic improvement in his sleep.

Anthony approached me with the ultimate goal of stepping on stage. He was hesitant that he could achieve such a goal within the time frame. He had a great base of training but as he will tell you I made sure that from the start we were talking about longevity and being intelligent in his approach so he could improve for years to come. I don't train a lot of competitive athletes anymore however the ones that are able to take on a more holistic approach and look at the big picture of their long term health and enjoyment, they have made tremendous progress both mentally and physically.
Wade came in with plenty of injuries and years of minimal progress made. We focused on correcting these imbalances and building a strong foundation to get him moving forward while also losing 15kg+ when nothing before was shifting the weight before.

Our program is 100% online, so location is not an issue. We have clients and team members based in every corner of the globe ranging from NZ, Australia, UK, US, Singapore, and more. Location is not an issue. The only consideration would be the time zone allowance for our calls, however our coaches are more than happy to open up a spot that is reasonable for your availability.
