I’m based in Brisbane/Perth/Washington/Edinburgh, can I still join?

Our program is 100% online, so location is not an issue. We have clients and team members based in every corner of the globe ranging from NZ, Australia, South Africa, UK, US, Singapore, and more. Location is not an issue. The only consideration would be the time zone allowance for our calls, however our coaches are more than happy to open up a spot that is reasonable for your availability.

I’m over 50/60yrs old, is this still suitable?

Yes, We SPECIALISE in working with men over 40. That is what we do all day every day. If you are feeling a little rough around the edges, a little sluggish, a little banged up, that is what we are here to help with and it’s all the more reason to have someone in your corner to make more intelligent steps moving forward.

What are your coaches qualifications & experience?

Olly Wood - Head Coach & Nutritionist
Qualified Level 3&4 REPS certified coach and nutritionist. REPS Accredited Educator. Invested over $60k on coaches, courses and real world application from world leading experts in exercise, nutrition, biochemistry and coaching such as Brian Walsh, The Poliquin Group, Kassem Hanson, Ben Pakulski, Linh Trinh, and more.

Qualified Holistic & Performance Nutrition with continual study in Diploma in Advanced Herbalism, Diploma in Homeopathy, Certified NLP & CBT Practitioner, Diploma in Aromatherapy.

Jamie Stedman - Mindset Coach
Qualified Mental Health First Aid Facilitator with Mental Health First Aid Australia. Trained Counsellor with Lifeline Australia. Currently run a mental health incursion program for primary aged school kids. Have ‘coached/mentored’ business groups and individuals in the mental health and resilience space for the past three years.

How do I join?

Simply set up a call using the link below to select a time that suits. On this call we will help uncover your main obstacles and help construct some clear steps to help you move forward - this will be valuable if you decide to work with us or not. If we find you’re a great fit and you want to hear more about what we do we can take you through what is involved. Every client in our program has been through this process, 1. Because we want to provide value before you take next steps and 2. We want to know with 100% certainly we can help you and the very best fit before moving forward. This is what has allowed us to build an incredible community and continue to raise the standard for our clients collectively.

How often do I get to talk to the coaches 1:1?

You’ll get access to our specialist coach calendars for one-on-one calls to build clarity, custom adjustments, accountability, and momentum. How often they book is completely up to you however we will be requiring a minimum 2-3 week check in call. Your journey is personalized by reviewing how things are going, LEARNING from you, and making the best tweaks to move forward. On top of these calls we do quick check ins via mobile, app and weekly forms to help you every step of the way.
