After struggling through multiple surgeries and gut issues myself, I invested tens of thousands on the best coaches in the world simply to get my body working before then going on to help hundreds of clients do the same. I quickly saw that training (even though still important), was such a small part of the pie. Being that busy, overworked professional for a long time myself, I know what it feels like to be juggling so many things, while your body slowly falls off the priority list and it can be very hard to get back.
My goal is to only take on clients who are ready for a life altering change and want put their body back on that priority list. If you’re only “kinda interested” then we won’t work well together because that’s not how I’m wired.
I am focused on building a strong healthy base so you can show up as your best every day. I expect my clients to be involved in journey so they can build a SKILLSET that serves them for decades to come rather than just another program.
